2. Services

We provide bespoke digital systems including website design and development, CRM and workflow automation, client portals, software development, project management, and related advisory services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms for each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or quote signed by both parties.

3. Use of this site

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

4. Quotes and proposals

Any quote, proposal, or estimate issued by Xorh is valid for the period stated in that document and is subject to the terms of the related signed agreement. Pricing is in AED unless otherwise stated and excludes applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Xorh Ventures FZE LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared by either party in the course of an engagement that is marked confidential, or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, will be treated as such and used only for the purpose of performing the engagement.

7. Disclaimer and liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xorh excludes all warranties, express or implied. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client to Xorh under the relevant agreement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
